I am looking for an estimated TIMELINE and COST to migrate my current C# .Net Core application to use the ASP.NET ZERO (paid version) framework.I have a working C# .Net Core application, with SQL back end. It is basically a dashboard with CRUD operations. It was developed with about 20-30 small tables, and several SQL stored procedures.  It works but we need to add more functionality to make it a better SaaS application.I am considering to migrate this to ASP.NET ZERO framework to take advantage of the extra features they already have (multi-tenant; subscription plan payments; etc).  Maybe add some Telerik grid controls as well.

Job requirements:

• Bachelor"s Degree in Communication, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business or a related discipline
• Professional certification is added advantage
• Minimum three years’ experience in a similar role
• Demonstrated advanced facilitation skills and experience in training middle-level leaders Demonstrated experience in project management skills including managing and consulting with stakeholders
• Demonstrated knowledge in the application of adult learning theories and current industry"s best practices
• Demonstrated proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint) Demonstrated proficiency in instructional design for classroom and non-classroom events
• Demonstrated knowledge in training programs execution using multiple training methods (e.g. classroom, demonstrations, on-the-job , role play, workshops, video conferencing, web-based learning, etc.) with different type of participants
• Demonstrated fluency in Thai and English (both written and spoken)
• Positive & Cando attitude, work as a team
